How long will it take to complete my job?
Most projects can be completed in a week, except for 8 mm transfer which is more time consuming and will require more time based on the footage. Once your project is returned to you for editing, you have a limited time to review it; see storage fee. Do you keep a copy of my DVD?
Yes, I keep a copy of your DVD for you, just in case you needed two more copies six months from now.
What does it cost to get a DVD made?
Please print the Product and Services brochure.
Will my completed DVD play on all DVD Players?
95% of all DVD players are compatible with the DVDs produced by Holder Printworks. If you have a DVD player made in the last 6 years, you should have no problem. In the event that one of our DVDs doesn't work in your specific player, we will be happy to record in a different format in an effort to resolve the issue.
Do you keep a Digital Master of my 8 mm film?
Once you are satisfied with the end result, the Digital Master will be released to you.
Can I have a copy of all the pictures or slides you have scanned for me?
Once your project is completed, you will receive a copy of all your photos or slides on CD that you can reprint as much as you like.
